@morganman sorry, been absent, stspeak. Meat came from Hervey Bay Wholesale and was sourced from Oakey in Qld. Mind you, following, picked up a whole Rib Fillet and not impressed so far. Might have a do a serious cut and carve before cooking the next steak.
On another note, bought my first Ox heart this week. A bit of work to do on it first, and not mush left after, but after a baste in garlic and soy, came out a real treat. Beautiful meat with great flavour. jwt
