Hi guys and gals,

Spoke with Carbon Energy and Derm.

Carbon energy refer to time lines in last announcement.
They will produce 1 megawatt as per approval regardless of outcome.

Derms public notification finishes on the 15th Nov.
The date for final is on the 25 Nov .
There are several internal reports due,re air and water etc that need to be assessed for final.
If there are any minor alterations to approval ,CNX will be notified and able to be actioned prior to 25 Nov.
The final date for signoff is able to be moved forward if needed and necessary.

The technology is very compelling paticularly from an environmental perspective and the company is probably at the pointy end of a very hard trudge as are we.
If we can get the 5 megawatt over the line ,and i think that there is a very good chance we will, then there is some income. And that will have a very positive effect on the share price.
