Hibba, I have no doubt you're right in saying this, but one would like to see things improve a heck of a lot over the next 12 months.
I'm affraid much of what happens in this time is going to be hugely influenced by the state of the worlds economies. Sure positive announcements will help but we need the worl turmoil to improve and only then will these positives be able to be truly leveraged.
