Hi Guys,

The 25 th of Nov date was confirmed by my call to Derm .

They also gave the date of 15th Nov for deadline re public notification.As mentioned in earlier post ,minor issues can and will be passed on to CNX for actioning prior to 25th if they arise. The date of the 25th however can be extended if they feel it necessary.

CNX could not offer up much detail as they are waiting on Derm.
