Exactly, EYE is still too low for most fundies (not all, hence why we have quite a few invested in this) which presents an opportunity for retail to get in on the ground level. As soon as this gets above those particular market cap levels though, the fundies who have been licking their lips on the side lines will load up as much as they can get. That's why I love small cap investing so much, gives us an opportunity to beat the institutional investors
