The EYE share price has dropped around 50% since the disappointing November AGM report and then the release of the half year results last month. This is no big deal in itself but makes the company a very easy target for a cheap takeover. Professor Robyn Guymer (who did much of the heavy lifting for EYE) is now apparently working for our 2RT competitor Lutronic and EYE itself seems to be going nowhere positive. The EYE share price looks like it is being driven down slowly on small volumes and I am sceptical about the motives - I do not think we are just witnessing normal market forces. I would be interested in any other opinions. Unfortunately I see a cheap takeover coming!
