Statsman. I understand it must be frustrating for you wondering who I am. I can tell you that I am NOT DP as several seem to think. I would imagine DP has way more things to do than go on websites, particularly a chat forum. Rather than attempting to answer yours and others queries, it is far more satisfying and at times entertaining(for me anyway) to have you wondering and making incorrect assumptions as to who's who. Re new director. Foster is a very common name.

can you please provide the correct information then and point out which factual errors I have made. Were the figures I quoted wrong? or are you referring to the expenses? In my defence, is actually very difficult for us to have all of the correct information when DP only selectively leaks little drips of info when he feels it is ok.
