Thanks for the words about "caveat emptor!" Yes, for all of stocks, it would be great advice to keep a attitude of caveat emptor.

W. Buffett said he has three rules in the market: rule 1: No loss; rule 2: never loss; rule 3: never forget rule 1 and 2. If we buy something too high, we have already in a losing position even we could stop the loss. But loss is the loss even we stop it.

Don't mistake anyone could never lose. You have to leave some margin for no loss. However if some unprecedented events happen you could still be in loss.

JRV is very promising at its current price with quite big risks. No one really know what happen to JRV, let alone what will bring in if the management team could be changed.
