I agree with what you are saying but I would of thought that there were more pertinent questions that needed to be asked. Like really, is the delaying of an EGM as important as no trasparency and delaying of drill results etc.
If GWR had of been as pro active with their correspondance to share holders before this take over as what they are now, then maybe the offer would be a lot better or not feasible at all.
Too little too late IMO, GWR will get gobbled up but only because people want it to.
