Talking to my accountant tonight, we discussed the possibilities -

a) Great Southern may run as a new entity to harvest trees 'only'

b) His only concern was that banks get first bite of the cherry and my rip up contracts and say remove trees by date **** or we will do it for you - worst situation

c) If you have a loan sold to bendigo bank send em a check for 70cents in the dollar and be done with it... (they still make 50% in a short period)

But surely this would be of great interest to the goverment, afterall it was offset by their tax dollars...
