Is this a major overreaction to the one paragraph re competition in the announcement? I hope so.

But the other part isthe delay in inde testing results IMO.

Some SH got sick of the delays re merger and testing results and exited. Others got spooked by the competition paragraph. In combination, didnt go down well. Double whammy.

I dont think Clapham stepping down would have had too much of an impact. Im sure he had already opened up enough doors.
