Two possible approaches.
1/ If we all vote "Yes" and sell 30% of our shares to EZCORP at 91c, then we would all be screwed up as minority shareholders and the price of the rest 70% shares would slump to 60c or lower.
2/ If we all say "NO" to the deal, then the sp will further rise and EZCORP will have to come back with a better offer. I reckon EZCORP should pay $1.20/s or more for a controlling block.
