Once again these guys are delivering. Last years dividend was 4.5 +20. This year is going to be 5 cents plus the last half and maybe they won't be so conservative this year and should opt for a bigger payout. The lats half they previously said would be not as good, now they seem to be saying it is better, so maybe 25-30. If so the stock is worth $5++ easy.
