I'm no corporate lawyer, and don't consider myself a bush lawyer either. But it would be logical to me that EZCORP would need to remove the current terms of agreement before considering the proposal of a full takeover.
Lets face it. EZCORP want the CCV brand, and if they can buy the entire company now for not much more than the original 91 cent offer, then they are going to do it. IMO of course.
