The point I would make is I and many other are sick and tired of being made to feel responsible for the all the woes of those people when in fact the infant mortality rates, overall health including adult mortality rates are directly linked to life-style issues under their control, very poor compliance and very very poor uptake of services.

All within their control...if they wish.
