I spoke with a trader who was buying large parcels and selling them 1 or 2c higher.
He said that a there is overhang with the placement stock that he is taking advantage of. The guys who did the placement at 12.5c have pumped and dumped this stock.
The overhang will be overcome, but in the meantime there is cheap stock available, should be good by end of Feb/March.
