Yes I thought the same thing. Did you read the part about how the enemy is using disguise techniques to fool traditional systems.

The thought occurred to me that even though it is not mentioned having one shot learning in this environment would be an enormously important tactical advantage.

You have intelligence that the enemy is disguised as giant turnips you can almost immediately train your system to watch for the giant turnip that moves even in a noisy environment such as a turnip patch.

I jest about giant turnips but disguising military vehicles as civilian is well documented as an insurgency tactic.
