There is an announcement by CUX dated 12 April titled "Restrictions on Securities" that gives details of the escrowed stock. You will note that the only stock escrowed is that held by current directors, and that issued to settle outstanding fees for former directors and management.
No other shareholders are escrowed, which means that you are free to sell the stock as you wish.
