I really enjoy paying the highest rates in my city to have hoons use a popular beachfront strip as a drag circuit every night until 2-3 am.

I particularly enjoyed it at 2.30 am this morning arguing and almost getting into a punch up with the greatest flat slob I have witnessed for a while.

I have been stonewalled by police and council and am now hitting the media and starting an action group. Visitors to Geelong are flabberghasted.

I am requesting all residents in my area to stop paying rates until the problem if fixed.

Is it that bad these days that there is complete lawlessness everywhere or am I just a lucky one experiencing it?.....lol
