Even if they miss production forecasts by their usual 50% or so, that's still a lot of gold. Arriving at the "break even" stage, and the end of dilution that that implies, will be the turn-around point for this company.
I'm with Woteva - people are getting distracted by understandable emotion regarding the delays, and need to see that, at the current share price, and being this close to the long-delayed ramp-up, CTO is less risky now that at any time in its existence
