I thought he/she was from a marketing background and more likely had a social media roll. As "Repeating social media content is one of the core pieces of a successful social media strategy"
Most posts, Tweets are known to have a life (attention) of around 30 minutes before there content is forgotten. So from a social media marketing perspective to keep a message out there....the post, tweet needs to be repeated every every 30 mins or so.
