I think you are spot on the money. I think TG would like to showcase the PFS results at Diggers and Drillers conference between October 12-14 where he would be a legend.It seems like everyone agrees or likes your post..but trading could hardly be called heavy. This should be the last chance to get set. I would expect a spike on the announcement followed by a slight pullback followed by solid buying as LTR is re rated then sitting at levels substantially higher than currently.
The presentations in September have signaled that the metrics will be robust...outstanding! so it should attract fund managers something that is missing from the register..we will see!
