These are my "Bad Boys" @ETSOD I do 3 x 16 reps twice a day! (Most days ) Now I bought these at Big W as I have recently  re located. Would you believe I simply can't get more weights for them ( as I'm pretty buffed and used to lifting at lot more than this ) at present because there is no supply from China and the cost of these weights has almost doubled???( If you can get them) Talk about supply chains...even more reason to invest in critical  metals in safe, mining friendly countries in the western world. ALL IMO Go the Lion!
