Jeff it was "Chalic Gold" that sold a company asset and gave an extraorinary divy to their shareholders from the sale.
I saw that when I was first seriously researching LTR.
Cant remember exactly where but it was easy to find.
Google a few combos of search words relating to that, usually works.
