IMO vmp you are way underestimating the professionalism of the management of this company.
One thing holders don't have to worry about is activity, whether it's a joint venture, sale, partial sale or anything else happening at a discount to shareholders best interests.
They are all over this, and for a speculative company we have the best in Management IMO. I'm guessing they have plans A, B and C already worked out for the best outcomes depending on the situations as they develop.
