Maybe, however I think at moment management have enough to do without going down this track. A 1:30 would bring us back to around 62M shares. I think 1:10 (180m) would be more like it. So if the share price was to hold at a 1:10 ratio our price would have to be $4.90. If that was the case then some would say the price is too high without looking at the shares on issue or alternatively looking at the MC. Many said CHN went too high early on, but they overlooked the fact that it only had 340m shares on issue. The market cap sometimes is a better guide to see if a company is over valued.
