PLS now 5x MC of LTR. KV 70% size of PLS, mine build cost $500m. On that basis KV should bring SP to $1.42 once mine is in operation. If offtakes are with non Chinese, SP will run higher, conversion plant once completed will push SP higher still, to $2.50++ IMO.
