You will probably find they have bought shares in piedmont, hence the pumped up price, they are all parasites to be honest, wait til the likes of Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs etc etc jump in then it will pumped to high heaven
very happy for LTR to just tick along, if the board decide on a JV in the next 6 months this will give LTR underlining valuation
my guess...... between $1.50-$2
