I agree that we all are in this game for money so are the LTR management and TG and his family who hold substantial amount of shares. No doubt about it.
And that's true that
LTR has now KV and it's the world's largest uncommitted spodumene based hard rock resource with more high chance exploration upside. (It will slowly move toward to 100mt). It's shown on my tables and bubble charts.
And yes "the longer this goes on the more expensive LTR becomes".
Any rival bid for KDR will increase the value of LTR. It'd be re-rating. That's for sure. I have no idea if KDR will receive a rival bid though. Time will tell and it's not too long. We will see it in a couple weeks time. We need to see the result of this KDR deal and then things maybe very different for us.
As
@DaisyA said "
they will follow the path that gives the highest price in the shortest time with the least stress to them". But what is the shortest time? That's different for everybody I guess.
DaisyA, you said "The BOD
will not want to mine or refine or develop LTR, they are in this for a sale. They are on a mission to prove up the resources". That's' your opinion I guess. Despite the past actions of TG confirms that he would happily sell the the resource at a good price when offered, however you'd never know know maybe TG wants to retire as a lithium producer, and wants to keep his shares in one of the world's largest lithium miner and chemical producer company. He wouldn't do any hard work there. That's a corporate business mate. No stress. Pros will do the hard work indeed.
Not much risk in the lithium battery sector IMO as we have already entered in the "electrification revolution" in full throttle.
It's not only EVs will need battery in the very near future,
after the EV sub-revolution of electrification revolution is started and going on then we will enter in to a new revolution; ROBOTS EVERYWHERE..!
The robots are already dominant workers of the industrial production all over the world. They will work in the offices soon and then will be popular in the houses just like smartphones as our slaves. Robot sub-revolution will be just like PC revolution. The mainframe computer systems started to work in the big companies (1960-1985) then went down to offices as PCs after 1985 (I started working in IT industry in 1985). Robots will follow the same path; from big companies to offices and then homes. They will be everywhere and will work with batteries. Batteries everywhere..!
@DaisyA you said "
LTR will be sold to the highest bidder as soon as possible in my opinion and that is why I bought in". Why as soon as possible and how soon do you mean I don't know. I can see you said you are in because of that. Fair enough. But I wouldn't want them to rush the things as KDR did when they sold 50% too cheap to SQM. I want the get the maximum benefit with lowest risk at the right time. I believe that is what LTR management is doing atm.
As far as we can see from their actions that the management is not in a hurry. I explained on my Post #:
39493018 on July 12. I said "
I wouldn't prefer LTR to do the things in any hurry because time is working for us".
This is what I said on my post and still think the same way. See all items are telling us to wait for a while for market to correct itself and EV revolution to accelerates.
No rush guys..!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
They do the work in very high disciplined manner.
I don't want LTR to do things in any hurry because time is working for us.
- The lithium market is in its worst condition atm. Check out the other lithium stock they are all halved at least.
- The lithium market have bottomed out here and will turn up from now on.
- The auto manufacturers are just waking up in these day.
- The current and planned battery manufacturing capacity is climbing significantly (that is what I am working atm). The manufacturers even don't know how they will get that much lithium resource supply from.
- That will drive the lithium deposit resource values significantly.
- It is best for LTR not to be in a hurry for making JV for both resources.
- It is best to make a JV for KV first and keep drilling, proving and doing PFS for Buldania later for another and better valued JV.
- Buldania is going to be much bigger and better resource in terms of mining than KV in my opinion as I told many times before.
- So no hurry for Buldania.
