There is so much TO can do with $50m to advance KV. For instance, putting together a high-caliber team takes remuneration and incentives. There's a mining exploration boom in a few resources and a very tight labour market. It's hard to lure enough top-notch talent with only promises of future reward. One of the great strengths of LTR so far is the water-tight competence of the management team and BoD. I would be quite happy if some of that $50m was used to support TO with an all-star team.
