I posted this on the WML page and was wondering if this is a possibility. I hold LTR and WML.
Tim Goyder through Lotaka Pty Ltd has 3% of WML and is number 3 on the Top 20 Share holders list of this company. Tim can offer to buy out the Lithium assets of WML for LTR. He does not need to increase his holding in WML to do this. He could also increase his stake and take over WML for his new Spinco headed by David Richards who is currently Technical Director of LTR and soon to takeover the new Spinco. David Richards is also Non Executive Director of WML. This is my view and I could be wrong but the saying goes," No Smoke without a Fire."
