The only reason people obsess over the share price is because Mr Market constantly offers a new price as to what he’ll pay for their shares. Sometimes he’s generous and willing to pay up, other times, his mood is very black, finds all the negatives, and won’t offer much at all.
If you chucked a million bucks into a property, you wouldn’t obsess, as quite simply, there is no Mr Market knocking on your door daily with a new offer.
