Thanks for bringing this to our attention.. I had a quick look and overlay the info from GeoView over LTR's site plan - G36/52 applied on the 14th of Dec was for a Magazine.
There's 2 other dated 13th of Dec under "Miscellaneous Licence".
LTR is definitely working behind the scene; getting KV into construction and ultimately mining.
