What you classify as "Chinese" is a simplistic idea and has nothing to do with reality, it depends on the selling companies negotiators when the original OT agreement was signed.

Much like SYA holders complaining about PLL taking 50% of SYA production at $900 USD per SC6 DMT, not realising that without PLL cash there was no NAL, nor that PLL is screwed even at $900 per DMT SC6 because PLL on sold all of the SC6 tons to Tesla at likely incredibly low Hydroxide prices and PLL needs to find extra 100k tons dmt shortfall they wont get from failing to get BLM at their Carolina mine, nor AVZ idiocy dealing with DRC mining rights with Zinjan.
