Anyone want to take a guess what FMG is planning to do over LTR's existing tenements

In regards to talk of TO; it's probably only less than 24 months till LTR announce official production at KV and probably 3 years from now to hit optimum production - would you be happy for a $10B TO offer? Put oneself in the shoe of PLS's shareholder (which I am) - It is now at a $7.6B Market Cap; would I be happy with a $10B TO for PLS? certainly not and definitely not for LTR.
Whatever the outcome; I am waiting patiently and trust the team at LTR will deliver - the best outcome is to go all the way to mining (& beyond) as per LTR's Long Term Strategy - Tony & the BOD knows that additional "rent" can be extracted by going downstream & beyond; reaping both the reward of both higher SP and dividends.
After giving some thoughts on LTR's Long Term Strategy and Tony's comments to date - I still believe the pathway from Stage 1 to Stage 2 will look like this (no changes made since I last posted it):
