Thank you for your insight into the possible use of the ML.

Before I proceed further and just to get it out of the way; I did not said the LTR's tenements was where KV is located.



The fact I didn't mention tenements in relation to KV doesn't mean I don't know where it's at; see my Post #: 61960082



And back to your point, I would imagine the thinner yellow strips (see above) would be more for sourcing water seeing how they extended quite a bit out towards the north west and some over what appears to be water reserve; i.e. ponds, lake, etc. whereas the one I've shown in my previous post especially the ones located south east of KV may have a different use and if indeed you are correct; for water collection.

I certainly see no issue where BHP has water pipes/system over the same area where LTR has ML over; as facilities and infrastructure can co-exist with each other.

What I was curious about is what would the impact BHP and FMG would have with their ELs on LTR's ML's - say if LTR was to have an infrastructure i.e water collection, water pipes, storage facilities, roads, etc on a piece of tenements where incidentally BHP/FMG would like to put drill holes at and eventually mine it.
