This got me thinking and on the surface you might have seen me nod in agreement.

However, on closer examination with regard to LTR, these factors come into play and are the "reason and logic" over why we are not just "taking a punt";

1) Verifiable future demand of commodity

2) Verifiable quality and quantity of commodity

3) Verifiable quality of management

4) Verifiable sovereignty of commodity source

5) Verifiable history - ICE replaced Horse therefore BEV replaces ICE

6) fill in the blanks you feel have been omitted.

So for me LTR is a done deal baring any worldwide calamities.
