KV is like a 1,000 sqm land allotment near a station in a Sydney suburb. It’s value shows at $250k in the state valuer’s record (similar to ltr’s undervalued SP at 8 cents). However when it’s actually sold, this piece of land is worth $1m. When Ltr is sold it’s also multiples the current SP.

Buldania is similar and even worse, there is essentially no value being attributed to this project which by itself is very big. It may already be bigger than the combined hard rock deposits of a40’and gxy.

It’s amazing how people would easily lose sight of these facts. They get scared on every DT’s tweet and sell their shares. Some people also get scared by the bully Goliath. But Goliath collapsed by just one tiny stone hitting his forehead. Don’t be scared by comparisons of Ltr to Avz the Goliath. I think even our David shares this view.
