Wondering if all shares will be taken up at 12c - if its a 100% take up rate by the directors you would know its really game on!!
It could also be said that foregoing their 12c entitlements and buying instead on the open Market would push the SP back up towards 12c - and possibly catching some of those playing games in a difficult spot.
