I reckon Tim would know him, you normally get to know everyone in small industries. But you are right Michael especially now Donohue has no vested interests he would be good for a bit of advice on which pitfalls to avoid. Don't lock in with the Chinese is a gem and good on him for stating that the banks have an unofficial do not touch policy. You can see why when the common law thing is explained, its hard to make a contract signed here stick in China if it doesn't suit the other party. Im sure there are exceptions to this and there are Chinese companies that play by the rules but its these sorts of insights that can save you a lot of money and heart ache if you are fore warned of the pitfalls.
