Interesting watching the CSPA on Live Stream today. The Ask held steady at 9.9c but the Bid was flashing like a neon light the whole time at 10c. Although the Trades don't reflect it, seemed like a bid of 50,500 was running riot. Anyways, it was happening way too fast to be done manually and continued all the way through the 10 minutes.
