LTR got the Vanadium tenements for nothing. They didn't even pay a cent for them.
LTR applied for them and got them.
All holes were drilled by the previous explorer.
LTR received the drilled data and got a maiden resource estimate of 84 million tonnes of Vanadium @0.32.
The site IMO is worth $1.5 - $2 million.
There are other Vanadium explorers in neighbouring tenements like IRC.
We have an intellegent management team.
