Example rationale for Company X - Announcement will not always = 'Sell the news'
Ann 'A' - results as expected = Sell the news
Ann 'B' - results better then expected by 10% = Sell the news and some Buy
Ann 'C' - results far better than expected by 50% = Some Sell most would Buy
Ann 'D' - results Exceptional by >100% = Buy
Extrapolate from here for anything in between or better than exceptional.
Of course if/when the price of Li increases with demand from early 2020 then add some more positive bias to the above
