That doesn't make sense does it. Try this:
Another interesting CSPA today. The board was lined up with Sells down to 9.5c and Bids to 10c with enough of the Sells to cover all the 10c Bids and drop the price back to 9.9c. Then along came a white knight and placed a Bid for 388K at 11c so we held the 10c.
