Global debt has nothing to do with the likelyhood of a recession because it's backed by assets in infrastructure etc. You are so far off the mark it's laughable. If you really had something worthwhile to say that would reflect on LTRs current SP then it would be around the slow appreciation of the $AUD over the last week and a bit.
