I am not sure what infrastructure you both may be referring to given it is an explorer. The DFS will provide the project specific capex infrastructure and costs. Very confused by your posts herein. But if they go to mining obviously they will need onsite mining infrastructure and possibly onsite other infrastructure if have a hydroxide facility, or offsite hydroxide facility infrastructure if go that way. that is a given, like any explorer that goes to mining.

But where KV is located it is served by pretty good infrastructure that can get inputs to site and outputs from site - meaning their capex will be about their needs only as transport routes, for example, are already there.

There is a standard gauge railway from Leinster to Kalgoorlie and from Kalgoorlie to Esperance or Kalgoorlie to Perth etc. Iron ore was transported from Koolyaknobbing to Kalgoorlie to Esperance by rail and exported out of Esperance. GXY already exports spodumene concentrate from Esperance and nickel has been exported from Esperance as well. The inland Goldfields Gas Pipeline from Dampier goes to Kalgoorlie and then to Esperance as well so a gas power source is also available. The reason why I said hydroxide onsite in part is got to do with how close they are to this gas pipeline, but they may decide to do that form of processing offsite but close existing pipeline infrastructure btw.

So not clear what infrastructure you are actually referring to, as offsite transport, energy and port infrastructure is already there IMO. So what they need is project specific.
