It may be no secret around here that Share Wealth Systems SPA3 Trader recently posted a BUY signal on LTR, so members are accumulating. The system also sent a Low Market risk Signal last week so there is no reason to be on the side lines and out of the market at this time.
Recent (last highs) SP3 Trader signals on LTR occurred preceding the recent hike up to 0.17c and again to 0.15c, and then following by sell signals that saw the price return to median levels.
What we have differently at this time were (until today) a lot of sellers at the 0.115 to 0.125c level providing resistance to price rising.
But that was cleared out today so you will see more SWS SPA3 Trader buyers moving into take positions.
Additionally support from buyers has strengthened up at the recent resistance levels, but they may have to chase price if they want to get set for the new leg upwards.
