I could be wrong, but I see LTR firstly accumulating surrounding mining companies, possibly LSA, CPN, PUR etc etc
Either LTR and CHN remain separate on ASX or a merger within a merger.
Diverse assets and interests, prospects up the proverbial.

i see LTR swallowing up Lithium coys only...

I can also see the gold coys combining in to a seperate entitiy...
