My suspicion is getting stronger that someone is trying to manipulate LTR's sp and tries to keep it as low as possible. I know many people here have already noticed the same thing from the sell and buy actions. I remember
@DaisyA was saying how the seller was reloading the sale orders at 11.5c level when he bought some parcels at around 11.5c. I also saw the similar action when I was watching the trades.
I hope company will look at it carefully and try to identify the manipulator (if there is any) from the registry records. (

I tried to explain the reasons and who could have done it on my post above but I think I couldn't make it clear enough to take attention.
My suspicion is someone (a major or a smaller company) wants to keep the sp low for making a hostile takeover bid. If the manipulator can push the sp down and hold it low by a period of time despite the company makes good announcements then the shareholders would get frustrated and psychologically torn down and start selling selling slowly. The manipulator would also try to trigger the stop loss points and cause more panic sales.
The manipulators could work (buy and sell) through couple of stock brokers and/or instos. They could sacrify couple of (even tens of millions dollars) to be successful in this operation (selling to themselves as
@Goldilocks sadi above; "an institutional operator selling to himself in order to drop the price"). They can build a large stake (through different entities) and consolidate them later on as Wesfarmers did).
Tim Goyder, the directors and associates, and loyal holders should be aware that if the manipulators can be successful in their operations,it will be very hard to stop a low ball takeover offer being successful even though TG has around 20% controlling stake because the frustrated holders would sell to a hostile takeover bid. Even a 30% stake might not be successful for stopping the hostile takeover offer. We need to discuss that point.
The manipulator could put a hostile takeover bid for example at 25c ($420m MC for 1.67b shares on issue) when the price is around 15c, although there might be counter offer bids following the hostile offer.
That value of hostile takeover bid would be nearly the half value for KV project which would be $850m (conservatively benchmarked with KDR's value) when the KV resource reached to 120mt @1.30%, plus Buldania, plus Toolebuc Vanadium project.
The total value of LTR would have been around $1b with those assets. However the manipulator would try to buy it at 50%-60% cheaper by making that operation. That's why they could sacrify couple of (even tens of millions dollars) to be successful in this operation (selling to themselves).
I hope that is not the case, and there is no manipulator here. However I am every right to be suspicious about those strange and unexpected price actions as the sp manipulation is a realty and fact in the stock market.
The best I could do to stop these things is what I am already doing; not selling anything, even buying at these levels as 100% profit is warranted in any case; hostile or friendly takeover. Then they will make substantial losses and just run away. 
... take it easy.... it just takes few hours to turn around the table and have 200% gain on open... lol
