    As travelbug2 said the important thing will be what it costs to build the project, dig up, process and get to market that will be important.  
    The $4.11 as calculated is the theoretical value of material in the ground if it can all be economically mined, processed with 100% recovery and produced for $0.  Therefore the value must be less than this.
